New Ownership - New Brand - New Location - Expanded Offering

As evidenced by our new name and branding above, Andy Tooch, David Feldman and Ray Kellerman have revitalized City Unit Sales into PropertyConnect.
PropertyConnect is an integrated property company offering both traditional real estate services such as sales and property management previously offered under the ‘City Unit Sales’ banner and in addition we have added the following:
· buyer transaction services;
· property development facilitation;
· project marketing;
· research; and
· asset management.
In line with our rebranding, we are proud to announce that effective Tuesday 6th April 2010, our business will be relocating to 277 Liverpool Street, Darlinghurst.
As a valued or prospective client, our friendly staff will be pleased to show you around our new premises and demonstrate our research tool ‘RiCs’. We are also keen to make available to you electronically our series of research articles provided by leading market commentators.
